These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TikLive.site ("TikLive", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, web application, interactive games, subscription plans, streaming services, and related features.
By creating an account, accessing, or using TikLive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the service.
1. About TikLive
TikLive is an interactive gaming platform designed for creators who use TikTok LIVE. The platform provides interactive games and related tools that respond to events occurring during LIVE broadcasts.
TikLive is designed to help creators increase audience engagement and potentially increase revenue through interactive LIVE experiences.
TikLive is an independent service and is not operated, controlled, sponsored, or endorsed by TikTok unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your TikLive account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.
You must not create or use an account for fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse account registration or require additional verification when reasonably necessary to protect TikLive, its users, or its services.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TikLive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable policies.
You must not:
- Use TikLive to conduct illegal activities;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TikLive or its infrastructure;
- Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the platform;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software or harmful code;
- Abuse APIs, endpoints, servers, or communication channels;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, security, or access controls;
- Attempt to access features or resources that are not available to your account;
- Use another person's account without authorization;
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Use automated systems to abuse, overload, or disrupt the platform;
- Manipulate platform data, statistics, limits, subscriptions, or usage records;
- Use TikLive in a way that could damage, disrupt, or negatively affect the service or other users;
- Use TikLive for activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Subscription Plans
TikLive offers subscription plans that provide different levels of access to premium games, TikTok accounts, simultaneous LIVE streams, and daily LIVE streaming capacity.
The features and limits available to you depend on the subscription plan associated with your account.
Depending on the plan selected, your subscription may include limits for:
- Premium Games: Access to a defined selection or number of premium games.
- TikTok Accounts: The maximum number of TikTok accounts that may be connected to your TikLive account.
- Simultaneous LIVE Streams: The maximum number of LIVE broadcasts that may be connected to or operated through TikLive at the same time.
- LIVE Streaming Hours per Day: The maximum number of hours of LIVE streaming that may be used through TikLive during the applicable daily usage period.
The exact features and limits included in each plan are displayed on the TikLive pricing or subscription page and may vary between plans.
5. Plan Limits and Usage
5.1 Exceeding Your Plan Limits
You are responsible for selecting a subscription plan that meets your actual usage requirements.
If your usage exceeds any limit included in your current plan, you must upgrade to a subscription plan that provides the additional capacity required for your use case.
For example, if your current plan allows one TikTok account and you need to connect additional TikTok accounts, you must upgrade to a plan that supports the required number of accounts.
Similarly, if you need more simultaneous LIVE streams, additional daily streaming hours, or access to premium games that are not included in your current plan, you must upgrade to a plan that provides those features or limits.
5.2 Automatic Enforcement of Limits
TikLive may automatically prevent a user from starting, connecting, or continuing an activity when doing so would exceed the limits of the user's current subscription plan.
For example, if your plan allows one simultaneous LIVE stream and one stream is already active, TikLive may prevent another stream from being connected until the existing stream is stopped or the account is upgraded to a plan supporting additional simultaneous streams.
Similarly, access to premium games or other restricted features may be unavailable when those features are not included in the user's current plan.
5.3 Upgrading Your Plan
If your current plan does not provide sufficient capacity for your needs, you must upgrade to an available plan that supports your required usage.
Upgrading may be required when you need additional TikTok accounts, simultaneous LIVE streams, daily streaming hours, or premium games.
Purchasing or upgrading a subscription does not authorize the circumvention of any other security control, technical restriction, or usage policy.
5.4 Usage Tracking
TikLive may monitor and record usage associated with your account in order to enforce subscription limits, provide analytics, maintain platform stability, and prevent abuse.
Usage calculations may be based on technical events recorded by TikLive and its supporting infrastructure.
If a technical discrepancy occurs, TikLive may investigate the relevant usage records and make reasonable corrections where appropriate.
6. Fair Use and Anti-Cheat Rules
Subscription limits are technical and commercial restrictions associated with your plan. Attempting to bypass, manipulate, reset, or otherwise circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited.
This includes, without limitation:
- Creating additional accounts to obtain additional plan capacity;
- Manipulating requests or application parameters;
- Modifying client-side code to unlock restricted functionality;
- Manipulating API requests or responses;
- Attempting to modify usage counters or streaming limits;
- Exploiting bugs or unintended behavior to obtain additional resources;
- Using unauthorized software or automated methods to bypass restrictions;
- Attempting to unlock premium games without the required subscription;
- Manipulating subscription or billing information;
- Falsifying usage statistics;
- Reverse engineering systems for the purpose of bypassing restrictions;
- Using vulnerabilities or security weaknesses to obtain unauthorized benefits;
- Using multiple accounts or other technical methods to avoid subscription limits.
If we detect or reasonably suspect an attempt to circumvent subscription limits or abuse our systems, we may restrict the affected functionality, suspend the account, or terminate the account in accordance with these Terms.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted to circumvent technical restrictions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a security or operational risk.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Temporarily suspend the account;
- Restrict specific features;
- Remove unauthorized resources or benefits;
- Cancel a subscription;
- Permanently terminate the account;
- Block associated accounts or access methods.
We may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to prevent security incidents, fraud, abuse, attacks, unauthorized access, or significant disruption to the service.
Where appropriate, we may provide an explanation or allow the affected user to contact us to request a review of the decision.
8. Multiple Accounts and Circumvention
Creating multiple accounts for legitimate purposes does not automatically constitute a violation.
However, creating or controlling multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits, restrictions, suspensions, promotions, or other controls is prohibited.
We may associate accounts using technical and account-related information when investigating suspected abuse, fraud, or circumvention.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
TikLive offers monthly subscription plans that provide access to specific features, resources, and usage limits.
Subscription prices, included features, and usage limits may change from time to time. Changes to existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
TikLive does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
If a subscription is cancelled, access to paid features may continue until the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated.
If an account is terminated because of a material violation of these Terms, we may restrict access to paid features and may not be required to provide a refund where permitted by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Certain TikLive features depend on third-party platforms, APIs, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and other external services.
These services are outside our direct control.
TikLive may depend on services provided by TikTok, Google, Stripe, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical providers.
A failure, interruption, API change, maintenance period, rate limitation, policy change, security incident, network problem, or other issue affecting a third-party provider may cause some or all TikLive features to become temporarily unavailable or operate differently.
We will make reasonable efforts to monitor, investigate, and resolve service disruptions in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee that TikLive or any third-party-dependent feature will be available continuously or without interruption.
11. TikTok LIVE Connectivity
TikLive's interactive games may rely on real-time connections to TikTok LIVE and related technical services.
TikTok LIVE availability, API changes, authentication changes, rate limits, network problems, platform restrictions, or changes to third-party technologies may affect the functionality of TikLive.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary due to technical, legal, security, or third-party service changes.
12. Service Availability and Technical Failures
We aim to keep TikLive available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- Scheduled maintenance;
- Emergency maintenance;
- Server or infrastructure failures;
- Network interruptions;
- Third-party service failures;
- API changes;
- Security incidents;
- Software bugs;
- Traffic spikes or resource limitations;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
When reasonably possible, we will investigate reported problems and take appropriate steps to restore affected services as soon as reasonably practicable.
Although we aim to resolve service problems promptly, we cannot guarantee a specific resolution time for every incident, particularly when the cause depends on a third-party provider or circumstances outside our control.
13. No Guarantee of LIVE Results or Revenue
TikLive provides tools designed to improve audience interaction during TikTok LIVE broadcasts.
We do not guarantee any specific number of viewers, gifts, diamonds, followers, engagement, revenue, or financial results.
Any increase in revenue or audience engagement depends on factors outside our control, including creator activity, audience behavior, TikTok policies, market conditions, and third-party platform functionality.
14. Software Bugs and Unexpected Behavior
Like any software service, TikLive may occasionally contain bugs, errors, unexpected behavior, or temporary inconsistencies.
If you discover a technical issue, you agree to report it to us rather than intentionally exploiting it to obtain unauthorized benefits.
We may correct, reverse, remove, or otherwise adjust resources, statistics, limits, credits, subscriptions, or other data affected by a technical error or unauthorized manipulation.
15. Security and Unauthorized Access
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect TikLive and user information.
However, no online service, network, server, software application, or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that security incidents may occur despite reasonable security measures, including unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, malicious attacks, infrastructure failures, credential compromise, or third-party security incidents.
If we become aware of a security incident that requires notification under applicable law, we will take the steps required by applicable law and our reasonable incident-response procedures.
16. User Responsibility for Account Security
You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for using secure authentication credentials.
You should not share your account credentials, authentication tokens, or other access credentials with unauthorized persons.
If you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you should contact us as soon as possible.
17. Intellectual Property
TikLive and its software, design, branding, source code, interfaces, graphics, games, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TikLive and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from TikLive's proprietary software or materials.
18. User Content and Third-Party Platforms
You remain responsible for content and information that you submit, transmit, display, or otherwise make available through TikLive or connected third-party platforms.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content associated with your account or LIVE broadcasts.
TikLive is not responsible for content independently created, transmitted, or published by users on third-party platforms.
19. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using TikLive, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including information required to provide authentication, analytics, subscriptions, and TikTok LIVE functionality.
20. Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, add, remove, or discontinue features of TikLive at any time.
This may be necessary because of technical requirements, security considerations, business decisions, changes to third-party services, changes in applicable law, or changes to the TikTok platform.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TikLive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will always be available;
- The service will always be error-free;
- All features will remain available permanently;
- Third-party integrations will always function;
- The service will be compatible with every device or browser;
- All technical problems can be prevented;
- The service will produce any particular financial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TikLive and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This may include, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, audience engagement, followers, gifts, diamonds, or other expected benefits.
We are also not responsible for losses resulting from failures, interruptions, changes, or actions taken by third-party services or platforms on which TikLive depends.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TikLive and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the service;
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights;
- Your unauthorized use of TikLive;
- Content or information you submit through the service;
- Your fraudulent or abusive activity.
24. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, power failures, cyberattacks, widespread outages, third-party service failures, telecommunications failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
25. Enforcement and Investigation
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
During an investigation, we may temporarily restrict account access or specific functionality when reasonably necessary to protect TikLive, its users, or its infrastructure.
We may preserve relevant technical information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
26. Appeals and Account Reviews
If your account has been suspended or terminated, you may contact TikLive to request a review where an appeal process is available.
We may request additional information to verify ownership of the account or investigate the circumstances surrounding the restriction.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration of an account or access to a particular feature.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we may update the "Last updated" date displayed at the beginning of these Terms.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Your continued use of TikLive after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific TikLive features or services, constitute the agreement between you and TikLive regarding your use of the service.
30. User Device and Browser Requirements
TikLive provides interactive games and related features that run through a web browser. The user is responsible for ensuring that their computer, operating system, browser, hardware, and available system resources are compatible with the platform and capable of running the games and features offered by TikLive.
TikLive is not responsible for performance issues, crashes, incompatibility, lag, reduced functionality, or inability to use the games or platform features when these issues are caused by limitations of the user's device, browser, operating system, hardware, or available system resources.
31. Screen Sharing and TikTok LIVE Studio Requirements
Certain TikLive features may require the user to share their screen, use streaming software, or use TikTok LIVE Studio or other third-party broadcasting tools.
The user is responsible for ensuring that their computer and configuration have the necessary hardware, operating system, browser permissions, network connection, software, and system resources required for screen sharing and live broadcasting.
TikLive is not responsible if the user's device is unable to share its screen, run the required broadcasting software, use TikTok LIVE Studio, or otherwise meet the technical requirements imposed by TikTok or other third-party services.
32. TikTok LIVE Eligibility
Purchasing or maintaining a TikLive subscription does not guarantee that the user's TikTok account is eligible to start or maintain a LIVE broadcast.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their TikTok account meets all applicable requirements and conditions established by TikTok for LIVE streaming, including any account, regional, age, feature-access, verification, or other requirements that may apply.
TikLive is not responsible if a user subscribes to a TikLive plan but their TikTok account is not eligible or authorized to broadcast LIVE on TikTok.
33. TikTok Account Restrictions or Suspension
The user is responsible for complying with TikTok's terms, policies, community guidelines, and other applicable requirements when using TikLive in connection with a TikTok account.
TikLive is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, limitations, loss of LIVE access, or termination of a user's TikTok account resulting from the user's actions, content, conduct, misuse of TikLive, or violation of TikTok's policies or requirements.
Users must not use TikLive to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, TikTok policies, or these Terms of Service. Any misuse of the platform remains the responsibility of the user.
